Let's help.

Seedy Sunday

For the past three years Seedy Sunday has being bringing together nature lovers, gardeners, seed savers, farmers, herb and wild flower enthusiasts, local gardening and community groups as well as organisations campaigning for sustainable food production and biodiversity.

At the heart of the event is the seed swapping table, where you'll find an enormous choice of seeds to swap with. No seeds? No worry ...just make a small donation and remember to save your seeds for next year, There will also be a wide range of stalls offering advice and support including Ocean Harvest, Kazz Padidar of Wild Adventures, Birdsong Garden, Jersey Bat Group and the National Trust for Jersey, to name a few.

This year we are joining forces with Wild About Jersey and hope to bring, a truly exciting WILD event for you all to enjoy. There will be food and drink served along with fun activities to keep the little ones entertained..

All funds raised on the day will be donated to this year's chosen charity, Jersey Trees for Life, to repair and build squirrel bridges across our busy roads.

We need the following volunteers;

  1. Setting up the event
  2. Serving refreshments
  3. Supporting children's activities
  4. Supervising the seed swap table
  5. Photographer to record the event
