'I was prompted to volunteer having spent a prolonged time in hospital in 2012. I had been a Eucharistic Minister within the Catholic Church for many years and I've always enjoyed singing.
'My volunteer roles have included the Nightingale Desk, now PPE Corbiere Ward, taking communion to Catholic patients in Hospital plus singing at Subnday mass, funerals and I sing for the Hospital choir. In all cases I enjoy meeting and helping people
